The actor told Insider that Warner Bros. “didn’t want to pay me any money for those next movies.” This major roadblock influenced Scott Eastwood’s ultimate decision to decline the offer.

“They didn’t want to pay me any money for those next movies and … they didn’t have another script for the other movie, so I didn’t know what I was going to be signing myself up for.”

Scott Eastwood has voiced concerns about the lack of a concrete script for the future Suicide Squad films and the financial disagreement.  The actor was put in a dangerous position because of questions about his character’s future and the films in which he would appear.
