We started our Camino journey in Astorga and had the good luck to find this hotel. It's right in the middle of the historic section with the Cathedral and museums close by. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in good shape. We did not try the spa facilities.

We had a wonderful, relaxing 5 days in this hotel, in the centre of a beautiful city. Parking was underground and secure. Check in was a long, slow process but once through that everything was easy. Not sure I would use the spa again as too expensive.

Terrific Location!
1/2 block from the Gaudi, and great restaurants. Walks with pretty views were easy to get to.
Liked the walk out patio to a balcony. Teo comfortable chairs for sipping wine in the room. Nice spacious bath. Good check in. Coffee and restaurant connected to the lobby.

Really great hotel, room was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities very good, all in all a really nice place to break the Camino journey and recuperate. Food and service in the restaurant was also very good.

This is a fantastic hotel. I was in Astorga as I was cycling the French route of the Camino. One of the hotels I randomly selected was the Spa Ciudad. What a surprise, this hotel was very comfortable, the staff were excellent, the breakfast was superb, and finally the town of Astorga is beautiful. I was so impressed with this hotel, that I am going to arrange for my wife and I to have a weekend there next year.

The staff was exceptionally rude. The “spa” is a stretch and the food was bad. I wouldn’t write this review though if the staff wasn’t so rude. Stay somewhere else, it’s not a quality hotel, especially for the price.

We were very happy with the hotel. A beautiful ambience and and wonderful room but we were disappointed that there was no flexibility for early breakfast at checkout. Some understanding of our situation would have been appreciated.

This was a super great place to rest during the Camino. The spa was fabulous. The friendly staff made us feel at home. They did our laundry while we explored the town Very nice breakfast Clean and fluffy linens and towels

Very friendly staff, beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the garden, good internet connection, very clean, around the corner of the cathedral and the Gaudi place, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Ladies at reception helped with tipps on where to eat and shop.

The staying in the hotel was very pleasant,the staff was very nice and helpful,the rooms were very nice and clean and the location was perfect,just near the Basilica and palas of Gaudí. Highly recommend!!!

tienes una zona gratuita para aparcar a unos minuto andando.
El spa está en el sótano, dispone de unas claraboyas que permiten la entrada de luz. Hay una piscina rectangular con varios tipos de chorros, un jacuzzi , pequeño, tan solo para 3 personas a la vez, una sauna , una ducha de contraste y una sauna finlandesa.
bañador y gorro necesarios. El hotel al pagar el spa te facilita albornoz.
Amplitud y limpieza y no había excesivo publico cuando estuve. El precio si me pareció un pelín caro.
Planta Sótano. SPA no muy grande pero suficiente pues no suele haber gente, Importante llevar Gorro, Chanclas y Bañador. Buen precio y cómodo
