ive read some things about the fake versions of the site so if one of yall can link me the real one
google search gives me 9animes.net and 9anime.fun but idk if these are the real ones

If you're unable to find the real site link, due in part to Google's listings being faked or because your on a mobile device and can't see the sidebar of this subreddit.

oh thanks i found the .ru domain yesterday i wasnt 100% sure but ive been using the site since yesterday and its a pretty nice site
I found 9anime.ru a couple of days ago too, and also thought it was pretty nice. But then just a couple of minutes ago my antivirus stopped a virus from that site. So take that with what you will, I'm not sure I can trust this site now.
If you spent some time to look around you'd understand that it's a false-positive caused by the video hosts.
Some of the video hosts have a bad advertising platform that occasionally loads those phony scam "we've locked up your device" ads. And those sites are on a blocklist for quite a few anti-virius solutions since they're considered "false or fake advertising" among other things. If you use an Adblocker then the message wouldn't show up because the site would be blocked in the first place.
TL;DR: It's the web protection suite blocking one of the video players from loading a bad but otherwise non-harmful scam advertisement.

I believe ".to" and ".ru" are the real ones, I'm pretty confident with .to but not 100% sure about .ru because I kinda forgot kek
