Hey guys. I just picked up this 70 Fastback yesterday and thought I'd see if anyone had seen it before know any history about it. After running the numbers, it's a Grabber Orange Mach 1 under all that 80's drag exterior. It also has a Mike Duffy Race Cars sticker on the dash from Oklahoma. Thx!

Looks like a nice car. Too bad the rocker moldings are missing. Those are hard to find and they are not reproduced. I see the rear honeycomb panel is still there. It appears to be in surprisingly good shape. My factory honeycomb panel was as brittle as stale crackers. The reproduction honeycomb panel cracked in the center only a few months after I installed it.

That would be awesome if he built it and knows most everything about it. Cool find. What's your plan for the car?

Yes I am familiar with that car, Was local for me in the early nineties. I didn't build it but did some work on back then. Drove it a few times too. At the time it run 10.4's, had a mild iron head Cleveland with Jerico 4 speed then latter a Nash/Richmond/Liberty single cluster gear 5 speed. Was a BLAST to drive as it would wheelie threw first gear and on into second gear!! Very good to see the old girl is still around......THREE pedals with 5 in the mag for life!!
