I can't believe I'm giving this advice. I think the type of speech indicative of a bimbo is stereotyped to the 80's "valley-girl". While more recently "totes" has replaced "totally".
"Wow" is a good way to start if you don't understand, because it blows your mind. Of course, that also goes for things you genuinely love or want. "Wow, for me?" "Wow, I totally can't believe that." "Wow, I totes didn't think my boobs would look so good in this dress."
Also, using cutesy versions of words. "Boobies" or "Titties" instead of "Boobs" or "tits". Talking in the third-person sometimes works, but that depends on the bimbo.
If you're wondering how I know this, I've been writing bimbo erotica for about a decade semi-professionally. It's good work if you can find it. I'd like to branch into video production at somepoint.

I'm glad I could help. I hate to say this, but it feels like the "modern bimbo" is a characature of that stereotype, mostly a fantasy led by men with money and a nostalgia from what they saw as horny teenage boys in the 80s and 90s. As they say, though, sex sells, and men with money will pay for their fantasies. This includes trying to find women they find attractive.
Me, I have a different problem. I don't want a bimbo. There are days I want to be one. Not having to think, not having any responsibilities that aren't my body and being a submissive pet. Sounds like a much easier life than the one I've had. So, instead, I write and make comics. It's as close as I can get by self-inserting myself into these comics as I will to being one.

I saw someone recommend forcing yourself to count the words you say and saying "um" every 10 words. You spend so much mental energy focusing on counting the words that the rest follows.

No words longer than 1-2 syllables in length. Also, keep the number of words per sentence limited (I prefer around 4 or 5, but anything up to around 7 words is probably fine).
Also, when describing quantities or magnitudes, be very imprecise about it. For example, “10 times as much” becomes “very very very big!”
Bouncing, use your hands to help you remember and to speak, pausing. Most importantly is developing a cadence and speech pattern to fall into.

Use a lilt toward the end of sentences like ur asking a question especially when ur not. Your voice goes up a notch at the end. " OMG I'm totally going to that (upward lilt) party!" Makes u sound bubbly n dumb.

An upward inflection at the end of your sentences, as you would with a question, makes you sound dumb and airheaded. A couple of examples from popular culture would be Jillian from Family Guy and to a lesser extent Luanne from King of the Hill. Any dumb blonde stereotype should serve you pretty well. It’s not about being dumb per se it’s more about coming off as airheaded, aloof, and perpetually horny. EDIT: you wanna giggle a lot too. Just kinda be in your own world, easily entertained and always down to please a man. Like I said it’s not about being dumb in the strictest sense; I know tons of dumb fuckin girls who don’t have a trace of bimbo in them
