Mizora Romance Guide

Unlike a traditional romance, Mizora doesn't have an approval guide or affinity list, but there are some steps you need to take in order to open up this option for the future.

How to Romance Mizora in Act 1

Simply put, the most obvious first thing you'll have to do is ensure you have Wyll in your party. This means you must protect the Druid Grove and side with them rather than raid it and side with the Goblins, as the latter will lock Wyll out of your party permanently. Any other choices you make, such as keeping Karlach alive or not, do not affect this; just keeping Wyll in your party is enough.

How to Romance Mizora in Act 2

Once you reach Act 2, rest in your camp, and Mizora will appear before you telling Wyll he has a new mission to rescue one of Zariel's assets from Moonrise Towers. Once you battle Ketheric on the roof and pursue him into the Mind Flayer colony, you can find the asset in the back of the Tadpoling Centre. You'll find out that the asset is none other than Mizora herself.

Go ahead and save Mizora by examining the device on the right or by destroying the pod with a Strength check. After saving Mizora, she'll thank you for doing so and promise to break Wyll's contract in 6 months. Well, that part isn't the part we're concerned about, so continue on into Act 3 as normal.

How to Romance Mizora in Act 3

Now that Mizora is alive and Wyll is also alive, you can head into Act 3 as normal. Head to Wyrm's Rock Fortress, and you'll see Mizora in the room below the Audience Chamber where Gortash is. Speak to her, and she'll talk about Gortash's coronation.

The important part comes after you view the coronation, though. Speak to her again, and she'll mention that Duke Ravengard is being relocated to his death. Ask her if she knows something, and she'll say she'll stop by your camp to speak to Wyll about it. Next time you go to rest, Mizora will show up, amending Wyll's contract.

She'll offer to break Wyll's contract in exchange for his father's life or give his soul to Zariel to save Ravengard. Either option is fine here, and after, Mizora will stay in your camp from here on out. After another long rest or two, eventually, Mizora will want to talk to you in the morning.

Speak to her and select the following options:

• "Sounds delicious. What are you suggesting?"
• Smile.

Afterward, Mizora will tell you she'll meet you tonight. You can go and go back into a long rest right now, or you can just wait until your next one. Regardless, Mizora will visit you at night. Choose the following options:

• Bask in the powerful sensations rising from the circle.
• "I'm ready. Bring me the pleasures of the Hells" or Sigh and brace yourself
• Gorge on the River of Blood. Relish it's flavour or Take a tentative sip.

Afterwards, choose any of the options that aren't you backing out or rejecting Mizora. Finally, pick the final option:

• Step into Mizora's outstretched wings

After that, you'll enjoy, or not enjoy, the night with Mizora. Be warned, though; this does have consequences. The next morning, Wyll will be very upset with your actions, but not enough to have him do anything. Your current lover, however, will have something else to say. It could depend on who it is, but you do have the chance to repair your relationship if you try hard enough. Be careful when giving in to this devil's temptations!
