    May 2024

    Greetings Ketcham Nation!

The final days of our 2023-24 school year are upon us and will go by quickly. I just wanted to take a moment to check in with you about the weeks ahead.

We have had a busy few weeks here at RCK - the induction of many students into our honor societies, Festival of the Arts, WCSD Budget Vote, Staff Appreciation, ENL Family Night, our annual Flea Market & Craft Fair and incredible mental health awareness presentations.

Tomorrow, our Class of 2025 will Party in Paradise at the Junior Prom and then on June 13, our Class of 2024 heads to West Point to enjoy Some Enchanted Evening. We are so glad our students can celebrate at these wonderful events together!

The countdown to graduation speeds up next week with the Senior Breakfast on May 29. Other events include Back to the Nest and the Senior Trip. As with all events, there are requirements in order to attend and seniors should be sure they have fulfilled them in advance. More senior events will be held throughout the month leading up to our June 27th commencement ceremony. Make sure to keep up to date on the RCK calendar and the Class is 2024 website

In the coming weeks, our incredible Performing Arts department will bring you concerts that will highlight Ketcham's musicians. Masque & Mime will impress with the annual Broadway Cares event as well! Please be sure to check the school calendar to find events and support our performers.

Regents Testing Schedules are available online. Our faculty is offering review sessions - students can find details in their e-mail and in Google Classroom. Remember, school is not in session on June 4. Only students taking Regents that day will attend school.

As always, please read the daily announcements and remind your students to be vigilant about checking their school e-mail. We don't want any important information to be missed. We will continue to post information on the RCK website to keep you updated.

As a reminder, schools are closed May 23 to 28. We hope you enjoy the time off!

The final day of school is June 13. We are proud of all the progress our students have made this year. Let's all keep our focus and make the most out of our final weeks together. Thank for all your support of our community and for going ALL IN ALL WAYS.

    Your principal,
    Dave Seipp
