Perfect place for an introvert like myself; I took classes at Storrs as well, but much preferred Avery Point. Professors were kind and approachable; perfect location to sit on a bench overlooking the Sound and read or study. I started out at Storrs, but if I were to do it all over again, I would have done all four years at Avery. A peaceful and friendly place.
My experience at Avery Point has been nice. Beautiful views every day from the water next to campus. Something I would like to see change is having more diversity on campus. I'm of Latino descent and I'd want to see maybe other cultures involved in clubs they host.
This campus is amazing! The professors, faculty, and students are constantly striving to make this campus better each day.
