The Yellowjackets seem to be doing OK without shelter at the start of season 3, despite some concerns from cast. about how filthy they would get.
The weather appears to be warm and there are washed clothes hanging on a line in a grassy area, but the food situation still doesn’t look good.
Yellowjackets is about a group of survivors from a girls’ high-school soccer team who 25 years ago were stranded deep in the Canadian wilderness after a plane crash and forced to go feral to survive.
After a long delay, season 3 production is officially underway in Vancouver.

Season 2 of the Emmy-nominated cult hit ended with the teen survivors in 1996 without shelter in the winter wilderness and the adult survivors in 2021 mourning the death of one of their own in a ritualistic hunt gone wrong.

The Yellowjackets had to find another shelter in season 3, after the cabin (a soundstage set in Vancouver) burned to the ground.

At least the Wilderness has chosen a new Antler Queen to lead them: teen Natalie (Sophie Thatcher) who survived the group’s first ritualistic hunt by letting someone else die in her place.
