Marilyn Manson's new teaser video, by which he announced his new record label Nuclear Blast and introduced us to new music after nearly four years, is also rich with imagery and symbolism in its brief one minute and ten second duration. It's not clear if this teaser is complete in itself or just a portion of something else to come, nonetheless I observed a possible explanation as to what we may be looking at, and I wanted to share my thoughts and open it up to criticism so we can arrive at the truth. In anticipation of their four year wedding anniversary, on May 14th, Lindsay Warner released six photographs on her Instagram of which two were shared in Marilyn Manson's Instastories. The photos include two shots of their beautiful "Garden", one "still life" (nature morte) shot of an arrangement of flowers with a skull on one end and a figurine of Marie Antoinette holding her decapitated head on the other, two lovely shots of Lindsay holding a bouquet taken by Manson with both captioned "We have loved each other for 15 years," and one shot of Manson holding a single flower with both hands which is captioned "My Soulmate". A common feature of both the photos of Manson and Lindsay are that they are holding the flowers with the same hand we can see their wedding rings displayed.
