Hi Have connected orange livebox. Computer recognises wireless connection etc- says connected & sevice excellent, but still cannot get onto internet or email. Previously had USB speedtouch. Computer continues to want to connect to this. Can anyone out there help me as it’s driving me nuts!! have Windows XP thanks Liz
I have the same problem as liz. when i try to connect to the livebox through my laptop with internal wireless adapter. Even though it shows the livbox in my list of ‘available wireless networks’. i am not able to connect to the internet.
my laptop has vista home edition.
the livebox is connected to 3 other desktops via lan and they work fine.
do i need to set up the livebox for wireless connection ?

hCheck your Client’s default gateway setting if you are using manual ip
setting.
If you are using dsl then check your internet connection is working properly
in dsl.
For cheching this you can connect a pc from dsl with the help of utp or stp
cross cable.
