'Zero' worldwide box office collection: Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer has managed to make it to the top ten grossers of 2018

Director Aanand L. Rai helmed 'Zero' starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles is nearing to its end at the box office. The film which marked the major release of Shah Rukh Khan in 2018 didn't come up with good numbers for an SRK film. However, the latest news is that the film has now registered itself as the tenth highest worldwide grosser of the year 2018. The film saw Shah Rukh Khan essaying the role of a dwarf man for the first time, who romances a differently abled scientist played by Anushka Sharma and is love-struck by a popular heroine played by Katrina Kaif.'Zero' hit the screens on December 21 last year and is still running.

According to the latest report by BoxofficeIndia.com, the film has just about made it into the top ten worldwide grosser of the year 2018. The film has managed to rake in a total of Rs 178 crore worldwide. The film crossed the collection of 'Stree' to find itself in the tenth position.

The plot of the film revolves around Bauua Singh (Shah Rukh Khan), a vertically challenged man who squanders his father’s money and is besotted by superstar Babita Kumar (Katrina Kaif). He falls in love with a scientist, Aafia (Anushka Sharma) who is affected by cerebral palsy. Their love story travels from India to the US and all the way to the outer space.
Directed by Anand L. Rai, 'Zero' stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles. The film also stars Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Sheeba Chaddha, Jaipreet Singh and Brijendra Kala in supporting roles.
