Dave Foley stars as the level-headed news director who tries -- but mostly fails -- to keep his colleagues in line. Read More Read Less Watch on Fandango at Home Buy Now

Hal Boedeker Orlando Sentinel Still, NewsRadio boasts a rich setting, droll characters and some fine actors... Hartman's comic brilliance will remind you how sorely Saturday Night Live misses him. Sep 14, 2018 Full Review Ramsey Ess New York Magazine/Vulture This was an ensemble with talent like no other, helmed by Paul Simms, fresh off his stint at The Larry Sanders Show. Put those forces together and you have one amazing pilot. Sep 13, 2018 Full Review Sam Adams indieWire It was clear that NewsRadio was something special. Here was a show that, rather than expecting its audience to ignore the strangeness of a multicamera sitcom and instead played into it, crafting episodes with the breakneck absurdity of classic farce. Sep 13, 2018 Full Review Betsy Bozdech DVDJournal.com One of the reasons NewsRadio works so well is because its characters are carefully developed to offer the same kinds of contradictions and idiosyncrasies that make real people so interesting. Rated: 4/4 Jan 8, 2022 Full Review Jeff Giles Bullz-Eye.com Always had a healthy appreciation for the eccentric and the absurd, which helped the show transcend its borrowed roots. R B One of the very best sitcoms of the 90's. Season 1 is definitely the best season. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/05/23 Full Review Audience Member Easily my favorite Sitcom. Reminds me of a similar time when the writing mattered, plots were believable and acting was expected. It would be hard to determine who is the star of the show because every main character seems critical to the story. One of the few TV shows that takes a jab at both political parties. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the best sitcoms of all time, NewsRadio combined hilarious physical comedy sequences with understated but sharply witty writing and superb acting from its ensemble cast. A must watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
