If I could rate this 3wishes I would…

If I could rate this 3wishes I would call them a scam.
I wish I would have read all the reviews .
Then I saw that they take your money, and never deliver.
I ordered 5 items, clothing/lingerie.
Call your bank and dispute the charge.
The fraud department at my bank is refunding me . .

I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH.

I wish I could give ZERO

This website with No actual store is stealing money from your pocket by not mentioning clearly on the items that they are not returnable ! I bought 2 customs for Halloween and returned them the same day I got them 2 weeks before Halloween they got back to me with a store credit which I didn’t want to buy anything from them bc of the poor fabric and quality ! DO NOT shop from this website

Terrible company they do not take…

Terrible company they do not take returns on unopened items still sealed in plastic. Burn your money your better off. Absolutely horrible inaccurate size charts no customer service. Please do not order from this disaster of a company. Basically steal money from people.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. No response to emails or voicemails and they don’t seem to be open when they say they are open. Not sure my package will ever arrive. Paid 2-3 days delivery and it’s still stuck in the warehouse in the US waiting for information from 3Wishes.

This site has no lingerie available for…

This site has no lingerie available for purchase. AT ALL. It would save the customer time (imagine that) if there was a notification on the item that it was out of stock but I imagine that would look bad it it was the entire stock. If a site is not considerate of this very simple shopping code, I would not trust buying from them at all.

Poorest Customer Service Ever

I placed an order on 12/8/2021. 3wishes claimed it shipped and sent the tracking number. By 12/9/2021 there were no more updates via UPS. I tried to contact them via phone - got transferred to nothing. I tried to chat online - person told me I would have to work with the shipper to resolved. I finally sent in an email demanding a status or refund. After 12/26/2021 I finally got a refund. No human contact, no offer to try and ship another item - just was my problem. Find a better outfit - as if you any issues with your order - they are not interested in helping you.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Custom was pricey and material was cheap. Very hard to get in contact with customer care. When I ask to speak to the manager, Krystal she denied to give me her last name since I told her that I was going to write a review. Save your money and buy elsewhere!!

Order from somewhere else

I ordered two costumes for Halloween. I only received one costume, which fit well, but I did not receive my other and they refuse to refund my money. They sell that costume and all their other ones at many other places, order from them instead of here.

It doesn't stretch at all and the metal clamps are painful on the stomach. I will never buy anything on this website I had to go buy her a new dress from oyshouse.com my friend recommend, because this one was way to short and she couldn't breathe!

Tuxedo-designated lingerie underpants for men

It is nice to know this store does sell lingerie-oriented undies for men. For instance, I bought a tuxedo bow in black & white, but two small buttons went missing just days later. Its design was the only reason I thought it was just an eye-candy to look at, but its bows and buttons did not permanently connect to the underwear. It felt cheap or half-assed done. Please do not use glue for buttons or tuxedo bows, use a better oil, or a silk fabric line.

I received the wrong costume

I received the wrong costume! I called customer support and they informed me they don't even have the one I ordered. Customer service agent was very sympathetic, but she was still not able to get me what I paid for. The whole process has been a waste of time.

They find a way to NOT take any…

They find a way to NOT take any returns. If the item is on sale - they will not take it back - even though it is not a clearance item. If it doesn't fit - too bad. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Awful website

Awful website. Hard to track my order and the size guide must be wrong bc I ordered a 3x/4x and I usually wear only a 2x and it still didn’t fit me. Feels like cheap material. My stockings wouldn’t even stick. I tried to get a refund but it’s hard to even get in contact with them.

I ordered some stockings for…

I ordered some stockings for Valentine's Day, they were black with red hearts. According to the website they had plenty in stock. I also asked for 2 day's shipping. After not received a tracking email on roughly the third business day, I contacted them through email asking what was the status. The told me that they were sold out of the stockings, and asked if I wanted a different color and style. I do not appreciate that they do not contact me right away after the order was placed, and they tried to pass off another style in brand as if it was the same

NONE of the items I ordered were true…

NONE of the items I ordered were true to size--WAY to small. I ordered from a different company and found their sizes to be what I normally wear.

Several purchases with no problems

My wife has purchased a number of items from 3wishes.com over the years without any problems. On the one or two occasions where we needed to contact customer service, they were polite and helpful. They have a great return policy and we've never had a problem.

This is the only place she feels comfortable ordering lingerie from online and, while they can be more expensive than other places, she has never been disappointed (and neither have I).
