A miscommunication at time of making appt. I thought the alignment was for 2 wheels. Instead it was for 4 wheels. Because of the 2 vs 4 wheels, the job took longer. I was 10 mins early but car was taken in right away. The counter guy Scott was great ! I've been taking my vehicle(s) there for more than 10 years. And will continue to do so.

Don Owen has been in business for YEARS!!!. Nees I say more? The staff knows their stuff. Although...make aure and go to the Olive St location in Bloomington. Yes, they have 2 shops. They guys on Olive st run a tighter ship and are more experienced over all.
