Even though the breakfast buffet is closed due to the pandemic, bags of breakfast awaited us daily with plenty of food. My only complaint is that our room was never cleaned during our 5 night stay. We should have been informed at check-in as to what should be done with our trash.

Traveling through. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff very mindful of your safety during the pandemic of COVID-19. Comes with a bagged breakfast which included water, cereal, muffin, cheese, fruit. Recommend the hotel. Have stayed there before and will stay there anytime we are heading north or south through eastern California.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are quiet and spacious. There is sufficient lighting in the bedroom, however, it is rather dark the living area which makes it challenging to pack or unpack.
Love that the hotel had coffee, ice water, juice, fruit and yogurt available throughout the day, felt like everyone had a club lounge access, very nice!

Large room equipped with small kitchen area with microwave and coffee machine. Bed comfortable. Large TV, although placed between lounge area and bedroom it was easy to swivel to area you needed. as mentioned there is also a good seating area.
Breakfast was included and although only a small choice it was perfectly adequate with both hot and cold food available. Bathroom etc was clean and water pressure good. Only a one night stay but very comfortable and welcoming.

We stayed there for overnight stay on our way to Death Valley from the SF, Bay Area.
Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Rooms have microwave and mini refrigerators.
Breakfast area is little too small.
The staff at the reception could help us guiding about our onward journey to the Death Valley.

Check in was great. Staff were helpful. Room was quite narrow and not really functional. There just wasn't enough space between the beds and the wall. There was a small, walk in closet near the window - but it did not have a light, so it was difficult to see anything in that little closet. The TV was not near any of the beds, so you could not watch it. There was a little desk in the corner, but the space was too narrow to sit at the desk. It would have been great for 2, but very uncomfortable for 4 adults.
Beds were comfortable. Pull out couch was okay. Extra sink and refrigerator. Bath had a large shower and sink was outside the bathroom door. Very quite.

On the 7th night of our 8 day road trip we decided to stay here and we were very happy we did.
Staffing was friendly and helpful.
he suite is spacious and clean with lots of room to spread out. There was plenty of hot water in the shower.
Breakfast was good and the staff did a wonderful job keeping things hot and fresh.
This IS the place to stay if in the area.

... we choose SpringHill whenever we are in a remote area as they are pretty new. Service was very nice, room/suite perfect too. Internet, however free, was painfully slow and unusable. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Perfectly in line with expectations.

Very bad experience. Room was not cleaned on next day. Pool was dirty and cold. Please where drinking and smoking in pool area and jacuzzi. Room door is little bit jam and so it was difficult to open each time.

Good day! We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our property and apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. We are on a Covid cleaning schedule, and our housekeeping staff are only permitted to enter rooms every other day. I'm sorry that that information was not communicated to you properly. With the smoking at the pool, that is not Marriott standard, and we will make sure No Smoking signs are visible. Once again, our sincere apologies.

Marriott is a well known brand, and SpringHill Suites is one of their products. They met our expectations, easy and smooth check in/out, comfortable accommodation, and creature comforts one might have at home. Staff members were friendly, bagged breakfast was good, and the room features were Marriott quality. A few negatives were our room was next to the elevator and the mechanism could be heard through the wall, the heater/AC is noisy, and hallway noise. We will stay here again as the experience was nice. But, don’t get a room bordering the elevator.

The window do open however we have child locks which allow the windows to open 3 inches for the safety reason.
