UAlbany, College of Saint Rose Reach Agreement to Transfer Student Academic Records
The University at Albany and The College of Saint Rose have reached an agreement to transfer the academic records of current and former Saint Rose students to the University over the course of the next seven months.

In UAlbany’s most significant expansion in midtown since the Downtown Campus was completed in 1929, the college’s Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering began moving into the renovated south wing last week, following the dean’s office in February, marking the halfway point of the transformational project and the return of students and educators to the 112-year-old building for the first time in more than a decade.

Phi Beta Kappa Celebrates 50 Years at UAlbany with New Inductees
Phi Beta Kappa at UAlbany celebrated its 50th anniversary on May 9 as it honored its newest members of undergraduate students who were welcomed into the society. This year’s new members include 46 students from UAlbany who are all members of the graduating class of 2024.

Great Danes Advance to NCAA Softball Tournament
The UAlbany softball team claimed a shutout victory in the America East championship on Saturday against UMass Lowell, earning the automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. The Great Danes are traveling to College Station, Texas, where they will square off in a regional against Penn State, Texas State and hosts Texas A&M.
