In This Brand New Position…

Our Lead Electrician will lead our amazing group of electricians, and take on the challenge of:

Team Lead Responsibilities:

Overseeing our team of top electricians (from 1 – 6 in total) and supporting their development

-Monitoring and ensuring the work progress completion and ensuring the work is completed safely and timely while exceeding customers’ expectations

· Predict resources needed to reach goals and manage labor resources effectively and efficiently.

· Identify areas for improvement to consider with ownership

-Mentoring electricians on the team

Electrical Work Responsibilities:

- Wiring industrial, commercial, and retail spaces.

- Fire alarm and/or HVAC controls experience a plus.

- Work with all types of wiring methods including MC Cable, EMT, Rigid, and PVC.

- Wire and install electrical panels, transformers, and standard gear assemblies.

- Read submittals, blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.

- Complete timecards, job reports, and invoices.

- Must be computer literate and familiar with general applications.

- Must have strong communication skills

Current electricians license, and current drivers license with good driving record

What Should You Bring to the Table…

- Massachusetts electrical journeyman license. If out of state, we can help you obtain a MA license!!

-Drivers license and clean driving record

- Proven track record as a successful electrician in the commercial or industrial sectors.
