As the Knicks face the Pacers at Madison Square Garden, they have a galaxy of Yankees stars among the audience as their most ardent supporters. Several current and former Yankees stars demonstrated their allegiance, with Giancarlo Stanton, Nestor Cortes, and Gleyber Torres spending their night off cheering for the orange and blue in Game 1 of the Knicks’ series against their arch-rivals.

Legendary Yankees closer Mariano Rivera was spotted courtside, rubbing shoulders with a host of celebrity regulars, including actor Tracy Morgan — sporting an eye-catching golden eagle bracelet — “Saturday Night Live” Weekend Update anchor Michael Che, director Spike Lee, and “Shameless” star Emmy Rossum.

Former Knicks greats John Starks, Larry Johnson, Allen Houston, and Stephon Marbury were on hand to support the current generation, alongside legends Bill Bradley and Walt “Clyde” Frazier.

Mayor Eric Adams also made an appearance, seizing the opportunity to root for the hometown squad.

The Knicks’ ability to attract celebrity fans was a point of discussion for the 76ers during the first round, with actors Ben Stiller and Jerry Ferrara firing back at Philly’s Kelly Oubre over his criticism of Celebrity Row. As of now, the Pacers have refrained from commenting on the topic.
