Great service. Good value for money.
Great service from Montego Bay into Kingston. Easy to navigate website and bought to ticket online. Whilst the saving online isn’t a massive amount. Every little helps. Took the evening departure from Montego Bay into Kingston. We left promptly at 7pm. Driver was informative and helpful. Stop in Drax Hall allowed me to use the new facilities and grab a little snack & hot drink.

Knutsford Express
As you travel around Jamaica, consider this company. They have buses and seem to go to all the major cities and tourist zones. From Kingston, I went to Negril, then Montego Bay, then Ocho Ríos, and finally back to Kingston. The buses are clean, comfortable and pretty much on time. Pretty inexpensive too!

Great Service
Couldn’t fault this service. We went from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay Airport. The staff were helpful and efficient and the coach we travelled on was comfortable, clean and on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Drivers are very very helpful. Staff at check-in need further training

What wonderful drivers! Very attentive to the elderly in spite of seriously ungracious customers who refused to give up their seats for two elderly travellers. The drivers were amazing in their understanding and attention to detail. The ladies at the Kingston office leave a lot to be desired and the woman behind the desk in Negril was miserable and unfriendly. A complete customer training exercise is needed to enhance this experience for customers.

Using the Knutsford Service you can expect a professional service from a improving Transportation company like Grey Hound in USA or Eurolines in Europe. Having travelled on both services ,as recently as November 2015 , Knutsford Express can be compared favourable and in some instance much better. KE, offers services not only to Major Cities both on the North or South Coast but now on the east coast. Courteous Drivers, wifi on line. A good fit

Better than flying

I have taken the Knutsford Express on several occasions - From Montego Bay to Ocho Rios, Ochi to Kingston, and Kingston to Sangster airport. Each trip was very enjoyable. The drivers were punctual and courteous. Te service received from Knutsford Express should be the standard across the island. I will be traveling island wide next month and will be using their service to take me between cities. If you are ever visiting, you should give them a try!

Was travelling from Kingston to Mobay it is a lovely 4 hour drive going through many of the parishes and amazing views, the drivers are very friendly, the bus is very clean and the toilets! they treat their customers very well i must say i would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you Knutsford express :)

My journey from Kingston to Montego bay has come to life, rather than being a life threatening journey.the comfort on the busses are very good,with wifi wash room, and your seat, puts the whole experience on the worlds stage, the way it ought to be.

Relaxing and comfortable

If you have to travel from Kingston to Montego Bay, take the Knutsford Express, you will not regret it. Nice staff, excellent drivers, and you discover things in the journey that you will not see when you are driving. Knutsford Express makes the experience of one day return trip Kingston - Mobay relaxing and comfortable.

Great way to travel!

We took the 4-hour ride from Montego Bay to Kingston, and then the Round trip. Bus is very clean, has free wi-fi, and the landscape is stunning. Great way to travel and get across the island. You will take the coastal road and then cut across the island and experience the beautiful mountains and landscape that are part of Jamaica.

Affordable and efficient travel

Whilst visiting Jamaica I used Knutsford Express to travel from Negril to Ocho Rios at a fraction of the price I was quoted for a private transfer for the same journey. I booked online (although you don't have to) and the coach was on time, and the staff professional, friendly and efficient). Complementary water was available and a movie was shown on the journey.

Definitely, a wise choice. I know now that they travel thoughout the island and would use them again.

Jamaica needs much more of this.

Travel in Jamaica in style and comfort

We are Americans living in JA. We do often take the local 'smalled up' buses, but the Knutsford is like airplane business class travel. Even has WiFi on most routes.

This was a great smooth bus ride. The wifi worked wonderfully as the driver took us across the wonderful island. Seats are comfy. A/c worked well. Two thumbs up
