今日約左三五知己於石門下午茶,朋友介紹了一間環境一流,食物高質的酒家給我們。譽宴.星海薈。酒家距離石門站 5分鐘距離,位置方便。我地大約 2:00 左右到 ,可能因為石門站大部分都係商業大廈的關係。下午茶時間不太多人,反而環境幽靜,十分舒服。我們點了四個點心,兩個小食,一個炒飯。十分滿足。蔥花臘味糯米飯 : 一上菜已經聞到香噴噴嘅臘味香味,而且廚師炒到粒粒分明,每粒糯米飯都充滿醬油味,十分香口。鮮蝦腐皮卷 : 即叫即炸,入口鬆脆可口,蝦肉彈牙,沾一點點喼汁分外美味。上湯一口水餃 : 水餃大細恰到好處,菜苗相當新鮮。不用加任何調味已經能光盤。北菇蟹柳棉花雞 : 雞肉嫩滑,棉花也甚多,而且有整整一大塊的北菇,十分厚肉。蔥花蝦米蒸腸粉 : 沒想到普通的齋腸粉都可以這麼好食,因為它的蝦米相當多,鋪滿整碟腸粉。加上蔥花點綴,口感豐富層次十足。最后兩個小食分別係 蜆芥鯪魚球及青芥安格斯牛柳粒。蜆芥鯪魚球 : 外層炸米香脆,鯪魚肉彈牙,加上蜆芥的提鮮,直很推介。青芥安格斯牛柳粒 : 放到最后介紹當然有原因,這絶對是"今日之最"。本身我們點了叉燒,但店員極力推薦安格斯牛柳粒,所以決定一試,沒想到會這麼好食。牛柳粒十分嫩滑,香甜而且滿滿牛肉味。師傅炒到牛柳粒外脆內軟,還能保有肉汁在內,加上小小青芥醬汁,完全係停唔到口。餐廳環境認真一流,令我們不知不覺已經度過了一個愉快的下午 continue reading

見有一段時間冇去飲茶,今日專程去沙田石門譽宴星海薈飲茶,鍾情呢度環境舒適而且裝修雅緻,仲有下午茶優惠,好抵食。我同家人之後點左蟹籽燒賣皇、晶瑩鮮蝦餃、菜苗餃、碧玉鮮蝦腸粉、炸蝦角、 薑汁糕、桂花蜜脆麻花、叉燒湯米。燒賣皇好足料,蝦肉混和豬肉嘅鮮味,加埋頂嘅蟹籽,食出吾同層次味道。鮮蝦餃晶瑩剔透,睇到入面隻蝦好大,食落又鮮甜。菜苗餃,清清地,冇咁heavy。蝦腸粉嘅粉皮好薄,腸粉拉得好靚,點埋指定醬油食好正。炸蝦角好惹味超香口,而且熱炙炙,好味道。薑汁糕甜度適中,加埋濃濃薑味,且質感一流。桂花蜜脆麻花就香脆可口,加上表面甜甜地嘅桂花蜜,大小朋友都搶住食。叉燒湯米叉燒半肥瘦而且用特製醬汁燒,份外好味,湯米就份量足,湯底亦夠味。 continue reading

適逢屋企人大壽,去咗沙田呢間酒店食飯,叫咗胡椒蟹套餐,幾適合一家人聚會嘅地方,環境清靜,啱晒傾偈。胡椒蟹套餐最深刻嘅就係炸子雞同埋佢嘅胡椒蟹。炸子雞外皮炸得超級脆,唔使點醬汁都夠味,夠晒肉汁。最期待就係胡椒蟹,成個鐵板上枱,好搶眼啱晒打卡!熱辣辣,餐廳提供手套比食客,細心。蟹肉鮮甜。另外值得一提嘅係佢嘅甜品,馬拉糕,超級鬆軟香甜。不過發生咗小插曲,就係餐廳唔記得咗個炒飯,令到幾台人都白白等咗超過20分鐘,仲要食埋甜品先記得比個飯 continue reading
