This could be a software corruption. Please do a hard reset. Remove your phone battery for 1 minute. Put battery back and turn on your phone. Then go back to Picture Gallery and see if you can delete your photos.

i tried this before and i did it now but nothing is happened.
not just the Delete option is gone but even the Rename and the Move options too.

First you might want to update your phone. Please click here to go to software update page. Go down to the bottom and follow the steps for Other users section.
You will have to download the tool and connect your phone to update the software.
If that does not work or no updates available for your phone, please backup your contacts to SIM card and data to SD card or computer and do a Factory Reset. After the reset, you can import your data and contacts back into the phone.
