The University of London has today launched its first international brand recruitment campaign - ‘Join the World Class’, which celebrates our students around the world.

The campaign, which will run throughout the summer, features a dedicated website ‘hub’, showcasing the real stories of overseas students who are studying University of London degree programmes, together with photos and an official campaign video. Over the coming months, these stories will be shared on the University's social media channels, directing prospective students to the campaign hub for more information about our programmes.

The campaign leads with stories of current students studying with the University of London through Recognised Teaching Centres (RTCs) in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Pakistan, sharing their experiences of studying for a University of London degree without leaving their home country.

The University of London’s online and distance learning models ensure that students can pursue prestigious international degrees, at their own pace from anywhere in the world, either through fully online independent study or a more structured learning experience with face-to-face support at RTCs. The University of London has been working with partners in Pakistan since 2002 and has forged strong links with 18 Recognised Teaching Centres across the country. We have had a presence in Bangladesh since 1989, working with seven Recognised Teaching Centres. In Malaysia, we have been working with five RTCS since 1996.

University of London Vice-Chancellor, Wendy Thomson CBE said:

“At the University of London, we are very proud of our students and alumni around the world. Through this campaign we are sharing their stories and celebrating their achievements. We hope to inspire everyone who is interested in higher education to consider studying with the University of London. By taking our internationally recognised, flexible programmes, our students can study with a prestigious, UK based university while staying at home.”
