Herroom used to be a top notch company
Herroom used to be a top notch company. They are now completely incompetent. They sold me a bikini that was in stock. Shipped me bottoms only and then told me out of stock top. Its been 2 months and with each date expected they push it another 3 weeks. I wear a specialized size and had to spend $200 to get a suit for my planned vacation. I complained to customer service and asked for a discount on the backorder item. Customer service recommended I just cancel instead and return the bottoms. In one communication, customer service sent me some canned response that had nothing to do with my questions. Then they just stopped responding.
Disappointing to see a once great company fall into the toilet.
