Edit: I might have overestimated it a tad, nonetheless he averages about 10-15million views per month. Accepted is that youtubers make about 2$-30$ per 1000 views, which calculated with the low end is still about around 20,000$ per month.

Tbh that’s fairly cheap as far as animations go. If I remember correctly smg4 broke down animated series prices and they cost upward of 100k per episode due to employing a whole cast of 20plus people. Art isn’t free… even if it’s just weird hazbin hotel ship art.

A friend of mine was paid $400 for a six second sfw animation loop of a couple's dnd characters dancing together. Dnd, furries, weebs, etc will throw big money for custom art and animations. A bunch of artists I follow who live in Eastern Europe or South American countries live middle-class lives because of western fans.
A lot of work went into that even if it’s cringe, if more than one person worked on it the prices go up exponentially. Animations don’t just spontaneously happen out of thin air.
Actually if they're part of a mass production studio or something the prices go down with more employees, as time taken per person also decreases because each animator can focus on any specific part of the animation
