Pari-Mutuel Outbound Commingling Pools

On designated simulcast races from France, Win and Place Bets will be outbound commingled to the respective Pools operated by Pari Mutuel Urbain (��PMU��) of France, in accordance with PMU��s modified horse race betting rules.

Pool	% of Pool paid out as Dividend
Win / Place	84.95% (subject to the rate announced by France PMU from time to time)

Single-race Pools	Dividend Qualification
Win	Selection of an individual runner finishing 1st in a race	Theme Site
Place	3 Dividends: Selection of an individual runner finishing 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd in a race (For races with 8 or more Declared Starters) 2 Dividends: Selection of an individual runner finishing 1^st or 2^nd in a race (For races with 4, 5, 6 or 7 Declared Starters)	Theme Site

Dividend collection

Valid betting tickets must be presented for payment within 60 days of the date after the relevant race meeting (Example: Winning tickets for races held on 1 March can be presented for payment on any day from 1 March to 30 April).
