Items purchased at the following duty-free stores can be collected at the pick-up counters on the airside of Narita Airport, upon completing the designated formalities.

Precautions
1. Time for Collecting Purchases
Purchased items can be collected only by the purchaser at the designated collection point (Duty Free Pick Up Counter) after departure procedures at the airport have been completed and up to one hour before departure.
Please be aware that it may not be possible to hand over the goods to you if you do not come to collect your purchases at least one hour before your flight.
2. Restrictions on Carry-on Baggage
There are restrictions on the number, weight, and size of items that you may have in your carry-on baggage.
If there is any likelihood that your carry-on baggage will exceed the limit if your purchases to be collected at the Duty Free Pick-up Counter are included, please check-in your carry-on baggage at the airline check-in counter.
