Repairs- The great weather has had a wonderful effect on bike sales and repairs! We've literally run out of space, so we're back to scheduling repairs (other than flat tires, broken gear cables and disc brake pad replacement) on an appointment basis. Presently appointments are scheduled for about two weeks out. Please let us know if your bike has CR Care (which includes most bikes purchased from Chain Reaction) and we'll do our best to honor the expedited service promised when you purchased it.

Please note that we do not fix flat tires on scooters or e-bikes that have hub drive wheels that cannot be easily disconnected from the battery. E-bikes that are not UL2849 certified (which means nearly all bikes purchased on-line) must have their batteries removed.
