When Elizabeth Trussel was born in 1496, in Kibblestone, Staffordshire, England, her father, Edward Trussell, was 28 and her mother, Margaret Donne, was 24. She married John de Vere 15th Earl of Oxford about 1509. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 10 June 1527, in Castle Hedingham, Essex, England, at the age of 31, and was buried in Castle Hedingham, Essex, England.
