A 2-day course exploring geometric principles of architectural composition with special reference to some of Keith & Jon’s architectural projects.

Exploring Keith’s articulation of the three-fold nature of Architecture as drawing on archetypal realities.

This includes relating sensitively to the site and its physical and cultural context; and how to design and use crafting with the best building wisdom in consideration of practical and technical requirements.

We will draw a series of examples of plan, section and elevation to see how a building can be both expanded and divided using geometry.
