The administration is supportive and forward-thinking in its leadership style. The kids are the most critical thing in the organization, and leaders are given the autonomy to lead.

Substitute Teacher K-12 in Waynesboro, GA

on November 18, 2023
Can be stressful at times, dealing with behaviors and sometimes no support from admins. There are some good days as well. I really enjoy working with SPED kids though. They are a joy to work with.

Paraprofessional in Mull Elementry

on October 12, 2023
I worked in the EC realm; it was one of the hardest jobs I have ever done. It was an okay experience but it all depended on which admin were willing to help and who were not. I got tired of getting beaten up by the kids so I left,.

Secretary/Receptionist in Waynesboro, GA

on April 10, 2023
Staff are rude and inconsiderate of administrators. Staff are very resistant to change and push back and isolate if not completely disregard anyone new.

Daycare in Burke County, NC

on April 12, 2022
I worked as a director, very helpful, loved the staff I worked with. The hardest part of the job was the hours. Working a split shift. The most enjoyable part of the job was the work enviroment.
