Everything was very nice. The happy hour is great. Dinner was good! They forgot the birthday celebratory dessert but took care of it before we left.

Experience wasn’t great because Bravo didn’t have near enough staff working. Our waitress hustled her butt off but not a whole lot she could do. She was honestly working as hard as can be. Waited about 25 mins for a drink because they only had one bartender.

We had a very good experience on Mother's Day when we ate at Bravo Italian Kitchen at Columbus, Lennox. The food was delicious. We had two Pasta Woozie, one salmon, and a pizza. Our waiter helped us throughout the meal. Thanks for the great time.

They had no salmon, no calamari, and the manager would do nothing to make the customer happy. Then my guest had paper in his pasta, and he got a free meal. The manager is the reason I will not return to this restaurant, the server did the best she could with a manager that did not care about having satisfied customers.

Waiter was a bit out of line. Made comments regarding my husband drinking too much water. Just a bit rude. Otherwise we had a good time. Bar tender needs to heat the espresso cup before putting the espresso in the cup so it stays hot. Was luke warm....

No complaints about the food. The young lady that sat us was very rude and seemed extremely bothered that we asked to sit at a booth and not a table. We had a reservation for 4 people at 5:00 and there were plenty of booths available. She did switch us but gave big attitude!

The others in my group ordered pasta dishes that looked great. I ordered chicken marsala. It looked like the chicken and marsala sauce were cooked separately. I thought it would have been much better if the chicken had been cooked in the sauce for awhile. I know it is done that way other places. There were other minor issues but that was the main one.

I’ve been to bravo many many times with my wife. It’s our favorite place in Columbus. There has been some consistency problems as of late, and unfortunately our last visit was the least consistent experience we’ve had with them.

Used to love going to Bravo! However they continue to cut corners, and cutting back on quality. Got our usual entrees and they are not the same as before. Alfredo sauce is now very bland. Definitely not made fresh or from scratch anymore. Might as well have just bought a jar of Alfredo sauce at the grocery store and boiled some fettuccine at home. Would have tasted the same but a LOT cheaper. Appetizer and entrees came out 30 seconds apart. Our waitress never stopped by our table again for 30 minutes. Think this will be my last time going there. No reason to pay that much money for mediocre food.

Since it is a big restaurant, it was very quiet even thought more than several guests at the lunch time. I had a bowl of Italian wedding soup which was plenty and enough for my lunch.

Not our first visit. Service and food was great. My daughter’s favorite place to eat and will probably go back.

We had a great dinner at this Bravo in comparison to the last Bravo that we went to. Service was great. Food and wine were the correct temperature. Waitress was friendly. Tasty food! Would come back again.

Our waitress was pushy and had a poor attitude. She seemed more interested in getting us out the door than taking care of us. Also, the shift leader or possibly manager lacked personal hygiene. Every time he walked by we smelled B.O

This was not our best experience at Bravo basically because of the service. Not sure what our server's issue was but she didn't seem to care anything about the service she provided us. I saw her interact with other tables, making sure they were accommodated and carried on friendly conversation, but not us. Someone else brought our food. The one and only time our server checked with us and asked if we needed anything, before I could get a word out of my mouth, she walked away and went to ask another table if they needed anything.

The food was not as good as usual, but it was a busy time on a Friday evening. The service was excellent and mostly timely, again despite the full dining room. Our table fit my requested attributes, so that was awesome!

We took our daughter there for her birthday. Overall, the food was very subpar. Our appetizers Crispy Mozz Ravioli was bland and the Chicken, Spinach, Bacon flatbread looked like it came from a frozen base with little to no chicken, spinach bacon on it. The wedding soup was broth with a very few teeny tiny meatballs and all of those lacked in taste, flavor. The bread sticks were ok. The main course Pasta Mazzo was dry, little chicken, little spinach. Overall, I was HIGHLY disappointed appointed in the food. Servers were great but for what we paid for this dinner for 4 (over $300 with tip, I Seriously doubt I will ever be back. And here I thought Olive Garden was bad. This was worse. Sorry guys for the bad review, but we left feeling disappointed overall

I have always loved the meatball & spaghetti with angel hair pasta but now all they have is spaghetti noodles and sorry but that is to thick

A little hiccup waiting on table but after that it was all good. Bread was fresh and hot, cocktails were quick, food was hot and yummy. Our server was attentive and the very nice, busy manager, Zach? was gracious enough to stop by table to check and make sure experience was good and that we were being taken care of. It’s been 10ths since we had been here….it will not be another 10yrs. Perfect start to 2024!
