CONDOR AIRLINES THE AIRLINE THAT DOESNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU NO AIRPORT CONDOR GROUND STAFF TO RESET MISSED CONNECTING FLIGHTS I would NEVER recommend CONDOR AIRLINES following my and other passenger experiences from the Frankfort to Boston flight with connecting flights. A very STRESSFUL experience when there was NO CONDOR GROUND STAFF to sort the issue at Boston for all the stranded passsengers and no email communication tomissed conection advise next steps.after the flight was late to Boston and connecting flights missed. They had no service, no people, no reset your flight email, and offered no solutions. We got handballed from one person to another for hours. The CONDOR AIRLINES 24 hour phone help line was never answered so it's a FAKE SUPPORT. THey dimply dont put any of the moiney we opay into servicing when soemthing doesnt go according to plan So expect NO SERVICE if thanks to the airline you have an issue. Some people in the same predicament were not MOBILE savvy, older and had less resources so super stressful all round. Trying to problem solve this at the airport, took about 6 hours after a long flight with only DUNKIN DONUTS nearby and nowehere to sit with the luggage. It took a full 24 hours to be rerouted to my final destination and plans being up in the air for 15 hours before we knew what would happen next. UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM SURE ILLEGAL ON THEIR PART. I LOST A WHOLE DAY OF DOING BUSINESS IN SAN DIEGO . I RECEIVED NO APOLOGY FROM CONDOR AIRLINES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND STRESSED THEY CAUSED. Even after submitting a feedback form a week or so later. They actually don't care about their customers . It was by a stroke of luck that a kind man in Swissair baggage knew of someone from Condor working heind the scenes in security. Found only after ebing shunted from Terminal to terminal with luggage in tow. The stranded group of were not allowed to have this mystery perosn cointact details or an email contact but through this conection that person was then able to alert the condor head office and eventually we did get results but not without a lot of stress , uncertainty , further delays, further handballing the issue. Apart from CONDORS filthy toilets, disorganisation and over an hour late stuck on tarmac in Frankfurt due to mechanical issues ( the business class seats wouldnt recline so they twice got the business class passengers off while they fixed the seat recline function before take off. And why may I ask was this not checcked before the airplane was put to use for the flight istead of discovering the issue on the day?!) And another hour delay with crying babies and yapping dags at Boston as of course the arrival gates were all full and we had to wait for a spot to disembark. A really stressful experience. Knowing I was mssign my next flight. I asked a condor hostess, what would we do? She said we can do nothing. You'll have to find someone at the airport. ( THis would never happen in qantas or qatar airlines.) Airlines can encounter delays but the real problem was no service to reset connecting flights, no communication and at least 12 people I know of totally stranded with out communication and totally bummed off and in uncertainty. Do not choose CONDOR airlines if you value your sanity and want to feel safe. They dont give a damn about you. ITs an abusive 'service'. Also the food was terrible with The cheapest option and ingredients available offered. Pasta and tomato sauce and a tiny bit of cheese. Hardly nutrtious when stiuck on a long haul flight for a long time. The afternoon snack was doughy pizzas with a little cheese and tomatoe sauce. Similary bad offerings in the movie and show department with low quality mostly ancient content. RATING MINUS 30. NEVER AGAIN!…

I called customer service to rebook the return flight on my honeymoon. My fight to my destination didn’t change. However, our seat selection was cancelled WITHOUT OUR CONSENT AND WITHOUT INFORMING US. All that was left when we went to check in were the horrible seats nobody else wanted--the ones squished in the middle of rows of 4-5 seats. When we called customer service again to try to get our seats back, they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor MULTIPLE times, they very rudely told me they would not connect me to a supervisor. Their exact words were "I'm not going to do that." That is unacceptable. When someone asks to speak to a supervisor, you transfer them to a supervisor. What the heck? Worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Will never fly Condor again and will let everyone I know never to fly Condor.…

I travel a lot and I have to say Condor Airlines has been by far the best experience I have ever had. My family and I flew with them from FRA-BWI on May 22, 2024, flight DE2074. I was only able to get the names of the two flight attendants that were in our section, Ariane De Robillard, and Alexandra Töpfes-Hopfgartner, and all the others were amazing. The customer service they all provided was above and beyond my expectations. Although we were in economy plus, the service and attention to detail they provided us was better than any service we have received on other airlines in business or first class. I have requested gluten free meals in advance on United and Lufthansa and they have all failed sorely from not having a meal available on a long haul overseas to telling me to wait until first class finishes eating to see if there are leftovers to accommodate me. On Condor, they were right on point. From the moment we got on board we were warmly greeted and I was reassured that they had a hot gluten free meal ready for me. They also had plenty of fruit and snacks and cheeses. The lunch meal was a fresh tasting, hot goulash with mashed potatoes. A rice pudding dessert, hot coffee, and rye bread with Brie. The flight attendants were uber courteous and very attentive. They took time to talk to everyone and there was never a need to press the call button because they made sure everyone was cozy with extra drinks, water, coffee, blankets, pillows, eye masks, socks, toiletries. They were always smiling and in a good mood and made you feel at home. There were some extra seats open and they invited us to get all cozy in the extra rows to ourselves to sleep and stretch out. I honestly can’t say I ever had a better experience than this flying domestic or international. The attention to customer service is what made the difference to me. I plan to fly with them any chance I get. Also of note the roominess and comfortableness of the seats were great, much better than Delta, American, United or Lufthansa economy plus. Don’t fly with condor! Online they said it’s it’s €100 for each checked bag but then told me to pay €500 for two bags I checked. I couldn’t argue with them because I need to go home but I don’t recommend flying with them at all! They are liars and scam artists. I’ll be hounding them for a refund and will be getting a lawyer on this.…

I booked my flight with this airline without knowing anything about them and I’m really surprised with them in a good way. It was 9 hours flight and wanted to be the most comfortable possible. The plane was new and big, even tho I was traveling in business class I think the rest of the plane was ok also. Flight attendants were all smiley and attentive, the bathrooms were clean, the food was tasty and enough. I have nothing bad to say about them, it was just an amazing experience, I’d repeat definitely with them.…
