We drove up to Tulsa to visit the Oklahoma Aquarium but wanted to eat first; the Waterfront Cafe is about 1/4 away from the aquarium on the same side of the river...you could walk there from the aquarium if you wanted. We sat out on...the patio because it was a pleasant day and there was no wait to be seated (about 1115AM). I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and my wife ordered the Blackened Catfish. They were both quite tasty and served quickly. With tip, we spent just under $40 (including alcohol) so as I stated in the title, it's a little pricey. However, we are glad we went and I recommend you stop in and enjoy the atmosphere and good food. Oh...we went on a Friday morning and by the time we left (before noon), the place was really busy so plan accordingly.More

We were traveling through Tulsa and having eaten here before a couple of years ago decided on The Waterfront Grill. It is a nice place and our food was very good…But. It was Pasta 1/2 price night so we all ordered Pasta along with a...house salad and two ordered wine. The waitress wanted to know if we would like bread and, we all stated yes, as pasta is usually eaten with bread of some sort. We were served with three huge plates of bread with butter. After the meal came the ticket. Very nice to have the pasta 1/2 price but was charged $5.95 for each plate of bread. I know, we should have questioned but didn’t. Just want all to know to question price if you want bread with your pasta at The Waterfront Grill. You may want to go elsewhere where salad and bread are served complimentary with pasta!!!!More

We went with friends last night and sat outside. The view was lovely. We went early to avoid crowding, due to coronavirus. We debated whether to stay or leave when we noticed that not one server wore a mask. The waitress had her fingers on...top of plates and glasses!! We decided to stay because of the location. We just had to watch carefully. Monitor. We saw no real adjustments for covid. Only taped distances on floor at entry! We had a pleasant time and were able to keep our distance at the table. We got our food and it’s quality was hit and miss. Some excellent, some not too good. Don’t think we will return. Shame on them for not wearing masks! Shame. It tells us they do not care about their customers. Also needs to be training on proper serving methods, even not considering current health concerns. Dishes like glasses were in need of replacing due to the fact that they appeared opaque from (I hope) age. The servers were competent and friendly. The dish handling and lack of masks put us all off!More

My husband and I went here for the first time ever and whereas we had a wonderful waiter, I don’t think we’d ever go again. Our waiter, Dalton, was excellent and I would give him a five (5), we couldn’t of asked for a better...waiter. The atmosphere was really nice and we give that between a four and a five, we found that very enjoyable. However, the food was very average and I think my husband liked it better than I did. We got an appetizer which was called Thai Shrimp, I believe. He liked it better than I did and would give it a four, I would give it a low three at the best. In their defense, my husband often goes the extra mile when he is cooking or plating his food and all the flavors just did not seem to really complement each other to me. However, he enjoyed it and would give it a four. He liked the appetizer. He had Flat iron steak with their jalapeño cheese🌶 🧀 mashed potatoes . He said that it was a good flavor, but the meat was tough. He said his jalapeño cheddar potatoes 🥔were OK and he thought that they were a three at best. I ordered and dinner salad which was an extra $4.95 because I couldn’t get it as a side. From my understanding, it would’ve been $5.95 had I used it as my side instead of my broccoli. I’m not sure that makes sense, but I was somewhat disappointed when I got it. I love fresh salads 🥗 with vegetables on them and I think I got bagged lettuce with boiled eggs on them and a little bit of tomatoes. However, it did have croutons and I enjoyed those and I liked their honey mustard dressing. I also got the pecan crusted Trout and I would give that a three. I am thankful they put the lemon butter 🍋 🧈 sauce on the side because I really did not like the flavor of that at all and I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed it very much if they had put it on there. I will say that it was a filling dish and I had to give my husband at least half of it because I could not eat it all. I was also very disappointed in their steamed broccoli 🥦 . There really wasn’t any flavor to it and it just tasted like bland broccoli which had nothing done In retrospect, we had an excellent waiter who did an outstanding job. We have visited WFG numerous times for lunch and brunch. Recently went for lunch. My husband ordered the fish and chips. When it arrived it could only be described as inedible. Four pieces of limp, soggy, greasy fish on a bed of french fries. My...hunband just sent it back to the kitchen and ordered something else. I swear for Fish and Chips Long John Silvers is way above what was served here for half the cost. I can't believe that was allowed to leave the kitchen. They were not busy, so being in a rush was no excuse. I gave three stars because they did replace the meal with something else, but the luncheon was ruined because others in the group were eating while he waited to get his meal replaced, not to mention it is embarassing to have to send something back.More

Amazing how same person owns the Mexican restaurant under the bridge (it’s amazing every time)they are so totally different in service and quality. We have tried it twice both times there was no one around when we walked in. Restaurant was not busy at all....We were seated and waitress never came and They just watched us walk out. Second time we had to walk over to the bartender to fine someone to seat us. Food was good but waitress never came back I had to go find her to pay out.More

We buy and promote exceptional talent to many venues in the Tulsa market area. Today we...had our board meeting at the Waterfront Grill in Jenks, Ok. We actually had dinner as a group after our meeting. I am a fan of the Waterfront Grill, and have eaten there many times throughout the years. The Waterfront Grill is very good, and while it is not gourmet, it is definitely high quality bar food. For my dinner I had an appetizer of meatballs. Most all of the Board ordered appetizers with exception of one who ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato bisque soup. He declared his choice as "delightful!" To a person, all of our group gave the Waterfront a definite "thumbs up!" I must say my three meatballs appetizer with bread was exceptional! I will definitely will order it again! As an fyi, our waitress was truly exceptional! I have always been a fan of the Waterfront Grill, but today's experience was a step above Very Good!"More

Incredible seafood. Rather it is the trout or sea bass or the sushi, you will be receiving great food in a beautiful ambiance. There's also steak, burgers, and a couple of pasta dishes. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying themselves. This is a...must when visiting the Tulsa area!More

I come to Sunday Brunch quite often with several of my friends. Usually the food is always good and I recommend your restaurant to everyone. There were just 3 of us there this Sunday July 18, 2021. The Eggs Benedict, which I always order, was...terrible, the eggs were poorly cooked, the white was frothy and stringy, there appeared to be no hollandaise sauce and there was no flavor. My friends had the breakfast tacos and potatoes, which was also under par. I called a manager about 6:00 and told her of our experience and she did not seem too concerned, said she would leave a note for the chef. Do not know if you have changed chefs or he has just became complacent. Very disappointing.More

Took visiting family to Sunday brunch. Service was very good and most food was very good, however, 3 of us ordered eggs Benedict. We all agreed that was without a doubt the worst Benedict we ever had. Tiny piece of ham, un toasted English muffins,...and watery, tasteless hollandaise sauce. A whole tablespoon of it. Not a good choice.More

The food was average and not worth the price. The waitress gave the clear impression she would have preferred to be somewhere else doing something more interesting than taking care of us. We had to request water refills and she did not clear the table...when we were finished and she brought the check to the table. The air conditioning was set too low as evidenced by our discomfort and some of the waitresses rubbing their bare arms to keep warm. We will not dine there again and will not recommend the Waterfront Grill to anyone else.More

We are Thursday regulars at lunch. Tabatha is our favorite waitress at the bar. She mentioned she was working this Saturday and invited us to the brunch. Very very good, They have a Bloody Mary bar, they give you the vodka and there is an...area at the end of the bar to add everything you would like in your bloody. There is also an area where they make your omelette to your specifications. We opted to have the eggs Benedict. I had the country with sausage and the potato casserole and my partner had the southwest eggs Benedict. Probably the best Benedict I’ve ever had. Both came with cantaloupe and a chocolate dipped strawberry. We are very lucky to have a restaurant that has a wonderful brunch as they offer. Thanks Tabatha for inviting us.
