My wife and I checked in late on the evening of 1/30/2020 after being on the road for hours. When we arrived to check into the hotel I realized that I had mistakenly put the wrong arrival date on the reservation when I made it and we really didn't have a room waiting for us. Seeing how tired we were and without hesitating Christina told us she was going to prepare a room and it would be a few minutes while she did that. She had already worked a double shift that day and it would have been much easier for her to tell us we didn't have a room and sent us out the door. Christina truly exemplified empathy and genuine hospitality, which is not so common anymore. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made us feel welcome and cared for. Screaming, yelling, running returning concert goers all night. Multiple complaints by guests were not effective. At 7:00AM on a Sunday, the room next door sounded like construction but was probably just the really think walls. I complained. Others complained. No response. I'll stay at the Residence Inn next door on my next visit.

Great service food was good fast check in just ask if you need anything. Walmart is Next door close to colleges. Close to city’s , six flags and other thing to do pool that is open. Had a nice stay so did the kids

We were switching hotels from another local hotel in Stillwater and wanted to see a room before making a reservation and booking the room. The manager, Melissa, was kind enough to show us two rooms; both were new and clean. These weren’t “demo” rooms for show. We booked one of them and enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very pleasant and the hotel is clean. Glad we switched hotels that day!

Stopped through Stillwater on our way to Mt Rushmore. Clean and in good working order. Quiet room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast provided (eggs, biscuit gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal). Friendly staff. Would stay again!

I had to stay in town for a week. Hotel was very clean. Not much selection on breakfast but it is still pandemic time. Room was very comfortable. I didn’t see the rooms weren’t serviced daily unless requested until the third day there. Makes sense but could be communicated upon check in. Really nice, clean and profession environment.

I like the decor of the rooms they are very spacious. It's a great location and very nice layout for the rooms and the showers are super. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was fine. They have a free breakfast which the kids liked. I only got coffee from down there. We were at a funeral so it was not a happy occasion but we found the experience just fine as far as the hotel went. Except the staff that is cleaning seemed a little weird. They did not come into the room or check if we needed anything. The room was clean although we ran out of toilet paper and had to chase them down for another roll.

As Hilton Honors Diamond members, we stay at a lot of Hamptons. This facility met our expectations and served our needs fine. The location was convenient, on a busy road next to a Walmart. Our room was clean and comfortable, in the newer Hampton style. A few oversights in the bathroom: bath towels were not reachable from the bathtub, neither were hooks provided near the tub; the bathroom sink had no drain plug, so no handwashing possible here; and the showerhead had very poor flow. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and parking was plentiful. The complimentary breakfast offered the usual choice of options. The staff members we encountered were pleasant and efficient. All in all, a good stay!

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. We traveled for an event nearby and overall it was a nice stay. Beds are comfortable and room had everything it needed to have for our stay. Breakfast was below average with egg omlet "things". They should stick to the scrambled eggs & sausage.
