I've visited the church up the hill as a child. Fantastic place. But the view from the road overlooking Sorrento, Capri over to the Golfo di Napoli is breathtaking on a beautiful neapolitan summer's day. Sit on bench and drink in the views.

Two sets of courses, one for grown ups one for kids from 8 y/o. Our daughter loved it, Mom and Dad did not participate but the adults course seems good too. 2 rides X 3 courses for 11€ for kids, 7€ if you buy a combo ticket to the adventure park and the adjacent waterpark (8€, Valle DelOrso). Friendly staff, no English spoken.

When you visit this small villa where Giacomo Leopardi has lived, you understand where he took his inspiration from: the villa is located in a very quiet surrounding with beautiful views on the sea and the Vesuvius with the lovely 'ginestre'. The villa is well maintained and shows some of the furnitures that could have been there in the period of Leopardi's stay. The location is not very easy to reach, but offers a small parking lot.

Torre Del Greco is a stop on the train that comes south from Napoli, (Naples). The town is at the gateway to the Amalfi coast. If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, stay while you visit Pompeii or Vesuvius, and taken in the sites of Sorrento, without the crowds, this is a good choice. If you are looking for upscale amenities, this is not your place.

We chose to stay up the hill, about 2 miles out of the main part of town. It is quieter here, but if you like to walk, it really is an easy walk downhill and back up hill. We walked down to the port in 30 minutes and back up in 40 min.

If you are looking for entertainment, night life, beaches, keep heading south. This is a working town, with friendly people, but not much in the way for tourist amenities.

We loved talking to the fisherman, walking through town, enjoying the breeze from our hotel patio. It almost forces you to slow down and rest, which is what we very much needed.

Perfect spot, easy to find, friendly staff, quiet and so on. Everything you need for an excellent day at the beach in the Naples area.

This is a small but enjoyable water park. It’s ideal for small children up to young teens with sufficient choice of pools and slides to keep them entertained (and burn up a lot of energy!!). For older teens or adults don’t expect high speed or thrilling water slides but it is a great place to relax, keep cool in the water with the family as a change from the sea. You will be offered a complimentary umbrella and sun loungers so you can relax in shade when needed

We arrived after 2pm and availed of a small discount but still gave us 4hrs around the park, which was more than enough. They play music at the wave pool all day and the staff entertain here and in the infant pool with sessions of water aerobics and dance

You’re required to wear a swim cap in the pools but these can be purchased at the shop for €1 each.

A photographer roves around the park and takes numerous portraits for you to choose from and purchase from the photo booth

The park is clean, well kept and staff are very friendly, although very limited English
