A woman is dead and two other people were injured after a shooting outside a restaurant in Uniontown on Sunday.Authorities were called to Something Different, a restaurant on Austin Street around 9:30 p.m. According to Lt. Tom Kolencik, with the Uniontown Police Department, an argument between three people started inside the restaurant and the owner told the group to take the argument outside. Three people were then shot, including a man who would be later charged with homicide.According to court documents, when police arrived at the scene, they found Shaquisa Sims shot and on the ground out front of the restaurant. Officials say Sims was shot in the torso and later died at the hospital. Her friend, Jasmine Johnson, was shot in the wrist. According to court documents, witnesses said Howard shot the two women and then ran off. Andrew Howard, who authorities describe as Johnson’s boyfriend, is facing charges of criminal homicide in Sims' death.Howard was also shot in the incident. Officials say it is unclear how Howard was shot."We don't know if that was from someone else or accidentally shot himself," Kolencik said.
