Convenient location, shuttle bus from/to Airport Express stopping across the road, MTR entrance is less than 3 minutes away. Room size is adequate with typical Ibis bed which is comfortable enough for a budget hotel, however toilet in my room was dirty with some visible stains on the wall. View is good on higher floors but only 2 lifts serving a pretty tall hotel so you need some patience. Overall a good budget stay if you get a great deal.

Very efficient and helpful staff from reservation to front desk to housekeeping...good value for the price and location. Yet I something could be done: hand sanitizer, ironing and umbrella, non-smoking floor

The room looks exactly like the pictures, all basic amenities provided. However, I must say that the soundproofing is pretty bad. I can hear all conversations from the room next door, and the commotion every morning when other guests chatted while waiting for the lift. Overall, it's decent for its price considering all other hotels in Hong Kong probably cost much more.

Currently a CIF Hotel. CIF - Community Isolation Facility. Better than Penny Bay (so I hear).
No frills and much like a college dorm room.
If you are sent here, make sure you bring a shaving kit (none will be provided). Also, you are only allowed 1 delivery during your entire stay and it cannot be cooked food (in other words no food delivery). No coffee or tea bags in the room with your water kettle. Again, bring your own.
3 meals a day and served promptly at 8:30, 12:30 and 6:00pm. Think of economy class airline food trays .. but worse. You will get a call alerting you each time your meal is waiting outside the door.
You need to change your own bedsheets, towels, garbage bags etc.
Aircon is way too cold and not adjustable.
Again… probably better than Penny Bay as you at least have a window view.

Forced to stay there for Covid positive, a pescatarian and they offer bread, rice and green for all meals, guest are not allow to pick up delivery neither. Meals are worse than prison, totally insane. Ibis got paid to be quarantine hotel and they offer the lowest level of service and meals.

The room is small, just like any other hotel in Hong Kong. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The bathroom is also small, so mind you people who have a plus sized body might not be too comfortable. As for the amenities, they prepared a 2-in-1 bodywash/shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, and room slippers. There's also an in-room safe deposit box and hair dryer. The bed is also pretty small, and was on a little hard side, but still comfortable. Overall, and the most important thing is, the room is clean. I got a harbour view room, but since the new mall in front of this hotel kinda blocked the view. Hey aren't we all going to Hong Kong for out and about?
I arrived at around 7.30 AM, so it was obvious my room wasn't ready. But they let me leave my luggage so I could start to explore Hong Kong right away. Back again to the hotel at around 2.30 PM, and my room was ready. The check in process was quick and straight to the point. They didn't charge me with a room deposit. Some might say the staffs are rude, but they're just being efficient. So it was just fine.
Location is a bit out of Hong Kong's hustle and bustle, but still pretty strategic. There's an MRT exit right next to the building, but if you carry big luggage, you might have to walk a bit to the elevator exit, which is located a little bit further.

Stayed here for two nights - the room was clean, yet tiny. Bathroom despite being neat, is very small. There is an AC in every room. The breakfast is average. However, the hotel itself is conviniently located 2 mins walk from North Point MTR station from where you can easily access HK center and other things around. It is a good option for the price, good service.

Travelled to Hong Kong for the first time since March 2019 and stayed at the Ibis North Point for the sole reason that it was the closest Accor property near the business location that I had to be at over the Kowloon side. I have stayed at plenty of Ibis properties in Europe and Asia over the decade, but this one is just the worst experience I have ever had. There was no heating in the hotel. With the temperatures in Hong Kong going below 10C (it was 7C one night I was there), I literally froze in the hotel room. The only thing I could ask for was an extra blanket - which I did. Had I known this property did not have central heating in the dead of winter, I would never have stayed in it. Shame on Accor and shame on the hotel for not letting me know of this fact at the time of booking.

North Point areas are older style of hong kong and budget travellers but slowly changing. Location is easy to access to transport and foods. IBis rooms and service are fine except the breakfast you may wish to skip.

I suggest you requesting a room on the top floor. It depends how lucky you are. It is because the development may distort your view.
No there isn't.
Yes two pairs
Not sure if they do have rooms on ground level coz my room is on 7th floor and i ddnt check but the staff do speak well english.
