Is there a way to play Minecraft without logging in to the Microsoft - Microsoft Community

Is there a way to play Minecraft without logging in to the Microsoft store with the right Microsoft account ?

Soooo, my situation is like this, I have more than one e-mails, one is used for private things and the other is like miscellaneous (games included). On private one, I have Windows 11 and use it on my PC but in order to play Minecraft, which is on my other Microsoft account, I need to switch between the accounts. And my question is if it is possible to skip Microsoft Store and, why has it been made that poorly because for 10 years we could just log in with MOJANG account and hit play and now Microsoft comes and gives us really hard time. It's okay that you can download it from Microsoft Store, but why make that mandatory ? I download game from official site minecraft.net where I've been downloading it since forever and I can't start the application because I am not singed in to Microsoft Store with the account that I have the game on. It's ridiculous. LET US LOGIN WITHIN THE GAME AND PLAY IT.

Just for reference: Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

To play Minecraft on a Windows PC, you typically need to be logged into the Microsoft Store with the account that owns the game. This is due to the way Microsoft manages game licenses and user authentication.

However, if you have Minecraft through Xbox Game Pass, and your Windows 11 account has access to Game Pass, you can play Minecraft without switching accounts. Game Pass allows for family sharing, so as long as the account with Game Pass is set as the home account on your PC, all profiles on that PC can access its games.

This is terrible. How do I do this for my children without needing to create MS accounts for each of them and give them access to Microsoft Store?

So what you're saying is that there is no way for my children to each play their own game, each with their own licence, on their own PCs, WITHOUT creating a separate Microsoft account and giving each of them access to play store?

And this is the best approach Microsoft could come up with?

I realise that 'best' is different for each entity om this - best for microsoft is how can we maximise revenue and best for parents is 'how can we restrict young children's access only to the bits of the internet we are happy for them to access, but surely there's a way MS can help us manage family access. It's one game we want them to play, not access to the whole play store!
