referencing One Day (CD, Album) DV 9402-2
There was a long wait between this album and Klymaxx's prior album but unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait. The hype around the album was that Bernadette Cooper had returned to the fold, but it turns out it was for only one song - the lead single, "4 The Ole Dawg N U," which, aside from "Code Bleu," is the only song worthy of Klymaxx's reputation or their talent for that matter. It also makes one wonder that if aside from "Good Love" Klymaxx can't come up with classic jams like "Meeting In The Ladies Room," "Divas Need Love Too," and "The Men All Pause" without Cooper that maybe Klymaxx really was a Slap Me One! (with an emphasis on the one) production after all?
