Woman's 5-year-old daughter found covered in dirt, urine, feces
A Boynton Beach woman was arrested Monday night on a child neglect charge after she stumbled through a parking lot with her 5-year-old daughter and was found passed out behind a trash receptacle, police said.
Boynton Beach police said Julie Beers was passed out behind a dumpster when officers found her. Police said she was covered in palm fronds and trash.

Witnesses told police they saw an intoxicated Beers stumbling through a parking lot and hitting her head twice while her daughter was with her.
Officers searched the area and eventually located Beers behind the dumpster.
Police said Beers' daughter was sitting next to her, covered in dirt, urine and feces.
According to the police report, the girl said she hadn't eaten all day.
Police said officers found a backpack nearby with half-empty bottles of vodka inside.
