The airline flies to about 100 destinations in Scandinavia, elsewhere in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. The airline's fleet features several configurations. What an absolute nightmare to travel with SAS definitely my first and last time. At first there was a glitch with there website that messed up names on my ticket, customer service sorted it for me. When I got to check in they changed me additional amount because apparently the customer service person never updated the glitch at there end. Secondly, I requested and paid for a special meal for my 8 hour flight that I never received on top of that air hostess showed a rotten attitude towards when I inquired about my meal. SAS need to learn a bit from emarati and middle Eastern airlines. What a class they are.…

If you are sleeping they wont give you the food you payed for But if the window is closed there will have no problem in waking you up

Business class - screen broken, seat broken. BC seat uses some kind of air compressor to inflate different pockets but it was completely broken and deflated so I was basically sitting on the steel frame. No other seats available. As I was flying code share booked via Air NZ, Air NZ just washed their hands of it. SAS customer support offered points on their frequent flyer which is not much help as I live in NZ . Just a terrible experience. Lost 1 of 3 bags, promised delivery next morning. Bag never came and you cannot get anyone to pickup the phone and help. Will never fly this airline again. $12K on tickets to Europe and they basically ruined our vacation.

Terrible. Do not book a flight on this airlines. I couldn’t go standby on an earlier flight because I didn’t have a business class ticket even though they had room on the flight. Makes no sense because they could’ve resolved my ticket on a later flight .
