Manage Your Amazon Visa Online

Link your Amazon and Chase accounts for easier management of your Amazon Visa.

Linking your Chase account allows you to see your current balance, pay your bill, view transactions and statements on Amazon.
To link your account:
  1. Select Link Now on Your Amazon Card Page.
  2. Enter your Chase username and password. If you don't have a Chase digital profile, you will be asked to create one.
  3. Complete a one-time consent to share your data with Amazon.
Once you give consent and link your account, Chase sends us your account information in real time, so that you can manage your card on Amazon. We do not store it or use it for any other purpose. Amazon secures your Amazon Visa account information by encrypting the data when it's in transit from Chase. We also use secure tokens for authentication. No one else, not even Amazon, can access your Amazon Visa account information.
Note:
  • Only one Amazon account can be linked with one Chase account at a time. Unlink your account at any time by selecting Unlink Chase account on Your Amazon Card Page. Or, you can update your Security and Privacy settings at Chase.
  • You can also manage your Amazon Visa by going to Chase.com, the Chase Mobile app, or contacting Chase Customer Service at the phone number on the back of your card.
