Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Microsoft Windows Certified Professional and Systems Administrator. I'll be happy to help you out today.

From another computer, create Windows 10 installation/boot media. To create Windows 10 installation boot media, see this Microsoft article: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo.... Afterwards, you can start the computer from the USB device by configuring the boot order in the BIOS and run a Windows 10 installation, or otherwise access the various troubleshooting options by using the option at the setup screen to repair your computer.

You are not able to get into the BIOS or configuring the BIOS to boot from USB makes no difference?

You can try this link for the diagnostic utilities: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/des...

Your only other option would be to restore the BIOS but Lenovo is no longer offering any support for this computer. Your motherboard may be kaput.
