North Carolina chef and restaurateur, Jim Noble founded Rooster’s: A Noble Grille with the intention of being relevant without being trendy and to impress without being pretentious. That commitment has carried us through two decades and continues to lead us on today.

Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. We then take all the time necessary to develop their flavors —using both European and modern techniques—always working from scratch.

Our menu features tried and true staples like our spit­-roasted chicken cooked over open fire as well as progressive daily​ specials and elevated Small Plates featuring Executive Chef Brad Pennell. At Rooster’s, you’ll always find something new served with an honest commitment and consistently warm care.

    I go to Roosters regularly and am always impressed with the food and service. This was a buisness lunch and my manager and the guests that I invited enjoyed the lunch as much as I did. Roosters is always a great choice for a buisness lunch.

    They made our special occasion truly special. The food was incredible, service amazing (especially with our 2yr old), and overall atmosphere was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back.

    We began with mimosa's. They were delicious. The food was wonderful. I had the avocado tartine. Definitely get a side of potatoes with that! My brunch friend had the biscuits and gravy and loved it! The service was fantastic! Such a special place. They sat us where I had requested and we were celebrating a birthday and they had a great dessert with a candle and ribbons on the table! Wonderful brunch!

    Went for a birthday brunch. Creme Brulee French Toast...Outstanding. Best meal at the table. Avocado Toast was okay and the other meals were good, but we will return just for the French Toast. Service was good. Nice ambience as always.

    The food was hit or miss. Some things were really good and some really bad. The bread was hard as a rock. The broccoli soup was too spicy and didn’t even taste like broccoli soup. The French toast, salmon and oyster salad were all delicious. It was our first and probably last time.
