How much does Shipt cost?

Shipt offers unlimited deliveries with Monthly or Yearly memberships. You can shop as often as you want, and delivery is free for all orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a $7 delivery fee.

In a pinch? You can also place an order for a one-time delivery fee without signing up for a membership.

What forms of payment does Shipt accept?

Shipt accepts all major US credit and debit cards, including reloadable gift cards. To be used through Shipt, these cards must have a three-digit CVC code, usually located on the back of the card. Shipt is also unable to accept EBT cards.

Can I use myLidl coupons with my Shipt purchase?

You can work towards your rewards by ordering with Shipt, but you can only redeem them with an in-store purchase. Check your myLidl app for your rewards progress.

By linking your myLidl account with your Shipt account, you will rewarded with 3% off every purchase. Discount cannot be applied on alcohol or gift cards. Discount may not be applicable on select dairy products in New Jersey, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

How are the prices on Shipt determined?

The price you see on Shipt is the price you'll pay for the products. Product prices on Shipt will vary slightly from prices in-store to help cover the cost of picking, packing and processing your order.

It's my birthday and I want to redeem my birthday treat! Can I ask my Shipt service to redeem it?

We'd love to see you in-store on your birthday month! You can only redeem your birthday treat with an in-store purchase.
