The final canonical album from the Pistols' initial run, Flogging a Dead Horse sets out to do exactly what its title indicates, repackaging for yet another time tracks originally available as singles. It marks the first appearance on an LP of two b-sides: “Did You No Wrong” and “No Fun.” Otherwise this was a cheap, rush-released album produced without any involvement of the actual Sex Pistols. The title refers to the fact that the Pistols were long over and that this was simply a final effort to make money off of them.
