Nassau Community College

Since it opened in 1960 with 632 students, Nassau Community College has provided an education that enjoys a nationwide reputation for academic excellence and ease of transferability to four-year schools. Today we offer over 75 programs on a 225-acre campus that blends modern architecture with picturesque older structures with superior classroom, laboratory, library and physical education facilities.

Extracurricular programs offer an extensive selection of activities, regionally and nationally ranked men's and women's intercollegiate athletic teams and many clubs and organizations.

Nassau is located on Long Island, 27 miles from New York City, and minutes away from beaches and state parks.
