Natural beauty and world-class attractions make the city of Indio a stand-out in the Coachella Valley. Some larger lakefront homes enjoy amazing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Terra Lago lakes from multilevel terraces. “The thing about Indio is it’s very affordable compared to the surrounding areas like La Quinta or Home Desert, and especially Palm Springs.
