Travis' Obituary

Travis Ryan Caldwell was born on May 18th, 1983 at DeTar Hospital in Victoria, TX. He passed away on December 16th, 2022 in Round Rock, Texas at the age of 39.

He loved to play baseball and was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves, San Antonio Spurs, Tennessee Titans, and was a mega fan of Oklahoma University. One of Travis’ many passions was enjoying sports and everything that encompassed them.   

When Travis was in the 7th grade, he and his beloved family moved to Round Rock, Texas, where he later graduated from Round Rock High School in 2001. 

After graduation, Travis worked at Boston Market with his brother, Kevin. He then went to work in the meat market at Albertsons, until he was hired on at AT&T as a field technician. After much hard work and efforts, Travis eventually landed his dream job at Samsung, where he would work for the remainder of his days.

Travis Caldwell is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Norvel W. Caldwell and Dorothy J. Caldwell, as well as his maternal grandfather, Olin Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Amanda Caldwell; his son, Logan Ryan Caldwell; daughter, Layla Addisyn Caldwell; father, R. Keith Caldwell; mother, Melody J. Caldwell; brother, Kevin J. Caldwell; sister, Kristina M. Caldwell; step-daughter, Kali Neal; step-son, Kelton Gascoyne; and grandmother, Martha McDaniel.

Travis’ pallbearers for his upcoming service include Kevin Caldwell, Kevin Reeves, Logan Caldwell, Kelton Gascoyne, Rhett Johnston, Gary Caldwell, and Antonio Paletta.
